Early rising is a very good habit for students. When we wake up early in the morning, we feel fresh and active. The air in the morning is clean and cool, which is good for our health. Early risers have enough time to exercise, study, and get ready for school without hurry. They can plan their day properly and complete their work on time. Early rising also teaches us discipline and makes us punctual. Therefore, everyone should try to wake up early and make it a daily habit.The morning is calm and peaceful, so we can study with full concentration. Birds sing sweet songs and the beauty of nature makes us happy. Watching the sunrise fills our minds with positive energy. If we rise early, we do not feel lazy or tired during the day. It also helps us keep our body and mind healthy. Students who wake up early usually do better in their studies. They can finish their homework on time and revise their lessons properly. Early rising gives us more time to help our family members as well. It builds good character and strong willpower. So, early rising is truly a blessing in our life.
