It is well said that," Health is Wealth". The health which is sound is always asset and expected by all. To get sound health we have to keep our health fit. There are many benefits of keeping feet as we can not stay alive without keeping fit. Work of many of us does not involve in hard physical labor. Therefore, many of us lack exercise. So, there is a possibility to suffer from many health-related problems like stout, diabetic, less blood circulation etc. So it is essential that we exercise for our lives. There are varied means by which we can get the exercise we need. "Sweating saves the blood" it is known by all. So to save our blood we should take sweating related physical exercise like running, walking, playing football, cricket, basketball, badminton etc. Early in the morning is essential period to take such of the exercise because in that time we can also get fresh air and clean natural wind. In the cities, there are fitness clubs and gymnastic centre that can cater of our needs. We cannot keep in good health without eating a balance diet. Besides we should try to have sound sleep and take proper rest. We must emphasize on good health and avoid unhygienic food or any kind of stale food which is harmful to our health. Since overeating often causes indigestion and other health hazards, we should not overeat. Rather we should take food in time and in required quantity. Any kind of bad habit like drugs, smoking should be given up. For mental fitness, we should have control over our emotions. Tension anxiety and insomnia often lead to constipation. Besides we should not take any medicine without counseling a doctor. In fine, we must follow the rules of health in order to keep in good health. We cannot enjoy our life without keeping feet.
